Description	260 FIFTH STREET - Assessor’s Block 3732 Lots 150 and 008 - Public Hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Report. The project site is a 28,641-square-foot parcel located on the block bounded by Fifth, Sixth, Howard and Folsom Streets in the South of Market neighborhood. The proposed project would demolish the existing warehouse building and parking lot and replace it with a new 85-foot-high building with 179 residential units, ground-level retail uses, and 133 parking spaces. The project site is within a Mixed Use - Residential (MUR) District and an 85-X Height and Bulk District. Written comments will be accepted at the Planning Department’s offices until 5 p.m. on September 15, 2009.
