The proposed vertical extension will be setback approximately 14.5 and 60 feet from the front building wall at second and third floors, respectively, and will be located within the required 23.5' rear yard setback within an NC-1 (Neighborhood Commercial, Cluster) District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District.
