The project would demolish the exiting a one-story concrete and wood-frame commercial building and construct a 5-story mixed use building with ground floor retail, 3 floors of office and three residential units on the fifth floor. This project revises a project previously approved for this property on 12/08/2005 in case 2005.0818X. This project lies within a C-3-G (Downtown, General Commercial) District and within the 120-X and 85-R-2 Height and Bulk District. Preliminary Recommendation: Approval with Conditions
