The project is demolition of a one-story with mezzanine building and construction of an eight-story with mezzanine approximately 40,000 gross square foot and 95-foot tall building with up to 14 dwelling units, approximately 500 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 14 off-street parking spaces. The subject property is in the MUO (Mixed-Use Office) Zoning District with a 105-F Height and Bulk Designation.
