The facility is located at the site of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, which was previously occupied by an elementary school, as defined under Planning Code Section 209.3(g). The site is within an RH-1 (D) (Residential House - One-Family, Detached) District, Coastal Zone, and a 40-X Height and Bulk District.
