Description	1463 Powell Street - west side, between Broadway and Vallejo Streets Lot 028 of Assessor’s Block 0148 - Request for Conditional Use Authorization under, Planning Code Section 722.44 to develop a Small Self-Service Restaurant on the ground floor in conjunction with the existing Bridal Salon (Jasmine Bridal Shop). The proposal is to designate 150 square feet of the Bridal Salon as a restaurant space to serve food to Salon patrons. The business may on occasion offer food service to the general public in the North Beach Neighborhood Commercial District, North Beach Special Use District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District.
