The site is located within a C-M (Heavy Commercial) Use district and a 130-L Height and Bulk district. The project requires zoning reclassification to C-3-G (Downtown General Commercial), Section 309 exceptions; Conditional Use authorization; a Variance, and Transfer of Development Rights (TDR). |
