| Description | 2901 CALIFORNIA STREET -Southwest corner of California and Broderick Streets, Lots 095 and 003, in Assessor’s Block 1029 --Request for Variances from the rear yard, permitted obstruction and street tree requirements pursuant to Sections 134, 136(d)(2) and 143 of the Planning Code, to allow the proposed building expansion to be located within the required rear yard, to have a bay window projecting over the sidewalk that does not conform to the size limitations outlined in the Planning Code, and to not install street trees every 20’ along the Broderick Street frontage as required by the Planning Code. The Zoning Administrator will consider the request following the Planning Commission’s consideration of the Conditional Use authorization. |
