BENDIX: (415) 575-9089) 2162 REVERE AVENUE - northeast side, between Selby Street and Rankin Street, Lots 016 and 017 in Assessor's Block 5334:- Request for Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code Sections 121(f) and 303 to adjust the lot line shared by the two subject lots by .5-feet and establish Lot 017 as a lot with less than the required width. The proposal includes the construction of a two-story, single-family dwelling. No alteration is proposed for the existing dwelling unit. The project site is located within an RH-1 (Residential, House, Single-Family) Zoning District with a 40-X Height and Bulk designation. Preliminary Recommendation: Approval with conditions
