Description 201 Leland Avenue - southwest side, between Rutland and Cora Streets, Lot 036 in Assessor's Block 6252 - Request for Conditional Use Authorization, pursuant to Planning Code Sections 121.1, 121.2, 303, and 711.83 for new construction on a lot larger than 10,000 square feet, to permit a non-residential use larger than 4,000 square feet, and to allow a public use within an NC-2 (Neighborhood Commercial, Small-Scale) Zoning District. The Project proposes to construct a new approximately 8,700 square foot single-story Visitacion Valley Branch Public Library building and to demolish an existing approximately 10,000 square foot single-story grocery store building and a surface parking lot with 14 off-street parking spaces. The Project site is located within an RH-2 (Residential, House, Two-Family) and an NC-2 (Neighborhood Commercial, Small-Scale) Zoning District with a 40-X Height and Bulk designation.
