| Description | 1729-1733 Stockton Street - west side between Filbert and Greenwich Streets, Lot 007 of Assessor’s Block 0089 - Request for Conditional Use Authorization, pursuant to Section 161(j) of the Planning Code to modify the requirements for off-street parking on a property within an NC District. The project proposes to construct a one-story, vertical addition measuring approximately 500 square feet to the existing one-story detached cottage which is located within the rear yard of the subject property. The expanded cottage would measure approximately 25 feet by 22 feet horizontally, and would reach a height of approximately 25 feet. The project would require two new off-street parking spaces to serve the proposed dwellings units, however, the project does not propose any new off-street parking spaces. The project site is located in the North Beach Neighborhood Commercial District (NCD) and a 40-X Height and Bulk District. |
