The site currently contains 2 dwelling units and 2 off-street parking spaces. The proposal is to convert the ground floor, which currently contains one dwelling unit, into commercial space and remove the 2 off-street parking spaces. Additionally, a third floor would be constructed to add a second dwelling unit. No parking spaces are proposed for the dwelling units or commercial space. |
