The portion of the dental office consisting of the reception and patient treatment areas have been approved as a principally permitted use on the first floor of the building under Building Permit Application No. 2008.04.04.8879. The proposal will involve tenant improvements to the existing commercial space. There will be no expansion to the existing building envelope. |
