Description 219 CLEMENT STREET - south side between 3rd an 4th Avenues; Lot 042 in Assessor’s Block 1435 - Request for Conditional Use Authorization under Sections 716.51 and 303(c) of the Planning Code to convert vacant commercial space (previously occupied by a travel agency) into a dental office’s accounting division on the second floor of the three-story commercial and residential building within the Inner Clement Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District. The portion of the dental office consisting of the reception and patient treatment areas have been approved as a principally permitted use on the first floor of the building under Building Permit Application No. 2008.04.04.8879. The proposal will involve tenant improvements to the existing commercial space. There will be no expansion to the existing building envelope.
