Description 2809San Bruno Avenue - east side, between Wayland and Woolsey Streets, Lot 030 in Assessor's Block 5457 - Request for Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code Sections 161(j) and 303 for a reduction of residential off-street parking spaces in a NC-2 (Small-Scale Neighborhood Commercial District) and a 40-X Height and Bulk District. The site currently contains 2 dwelling units and 2 off-street parking spaces. The proposal is to convert the ground floor, which currently contains one dwelling unit, into commercial space and remove the 2 off-street parking spaces. Additionally, a third floor would be constructed to add a second dwelling unit. No parking spaces are proposed for the dwelling units or commercial space.
