The MCD will not offer on-site smoking. The site is occupied by a 4-story mixed-use building with retail at the ground floor and a residential hotel on the upper floors. The MCD will occupy the presently vacant north-easternmost storefront. No physical expansion of the existing building or commercial space is proposed. The site is within the C-3-G (Downtown General Commercial) Zoning District and a 120-X Height and Bulk District. |
