Description 844 CLEMENT STREET - north side between 9th and 10th Avenues; Lot 020 in Assessor's Block 1424 - Request for Conditional Use Authorization under Sections 186.1(c)(3) and 303 of the Planning Code to legalize the conversion of a full-service restaurant (dba House of Clay Pot) to a small self-service restaurant (dba "Napoleon Bakery & Restaurant", primarily selling Asian inspired cakes and pastries) within the Inner Clement Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District. The small self-service restaurant, with approximately 900 square feet of floor area, consists of a preparation/serving area, kitchen, restroom, and dining area with seating for six persons. The proposal will not involve tenant improvements to the existing commercial space or an expansion to the existing building envelope.
