Project site will be rezoned as Valencia NCT (Neighborhood Commercial Transit) Zoning District through adoption of the Eastern Neighborhoods Area Plan. Pursuant to Planning Code Sections 161(j) and 303, the project seeks Conditional Use Authorization by the Planning Commission to legalize a second dwelling unit without providing the required two off-street parking spaces within an NC-1 Zoning District.
