Description	VISITACION VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT - Pursuant to Planning Code § 302(c ) and § 306.3, consideration of a Resolution of Intention to Initiate an amendment to the San Francisco Planning Code, adding Section ______of the Planning Code to establish the Schlage Lock/Visitacion Valley Special Use District. At the hearing, the Planning Commission may consider adopting a Resolution of Intention to initiate an amendment to the Planning Code that would require all development within the Redevelopment Project Area to be consistent with the Redevelopment Plan and the Visitacion Valley/Schlage Lock Design for Development document and schedule a public hearing to consider the proposed amendment.
