| Description | BALBOA PARK STATION AREA PLAN - Pursuant to Planning Code § 302(c) and § 306.3, consideration of a Resolution of Intention to initiate amendments to the Planning Code. The amendments would bring the Planning Code regulations governing the Balboa Park Station area into consistency with the General Plan, as proposed to be amended to include the Balboa Park Station Area Plan. The proposed amendments would change some standards currently established by the Planning Code, including but not limited to those related to land use, height and bulk, building design, density, and parking. In general, proposed Planning Code text amendments will a) establish two new zoning districts; and b) make related revisions to existing sections of the Planning Code necessary to implement the General Plan as proposed to be amended pursuant to adoption of the Balboa Park Station Area Plan. Amendments to the Planning Code include revisions to the Planning Code adding Sections; 328.Balboa Park Community Improvements Fund, 343.Balboa Park Station Area Plan Monitoring Program, 733.1.NCT-1-Neighborhood Commercial Transit Cluster District, and 737.Ocean Avenue Neighborhood Commercial Transit District, and amending Sections 102.5, 121.1, 121.2, 121.6, 124, 134, 135, 145.4, 151.1, 155, 201, 607.1, 702.1, 711.1.
