Description	Pursuant to San Francisco Charter Section 4.105, Planning Code § 340(c) and § 306.3, consideration of adopting Resolution of Intention to Initiate amendments to the San Francisco General Plan, including amendments to the Arts, Commerce and Industry, Recreation and Open Space, Transportation, the Urban Design Elements and corresponding revisions to the Land Use Index of the General Plan, related to the Visitacion Valley Redevelopment Plan.
