As per the City and County of San Francisco's Wireless Telecommunication Services (WTS) Facilities Siting Guidelines, the proposal is a Preferred Location Preference 2, as it is the site of previously approved antenna installations. The proposal is to legalize nine antennas at three different locations upon the roof of the approximately 210-foot high building. These antennas were previously installed without benefit of a permit or Conditional Use Authorization. Related equipment would be placed within an interior storage room on the twelfth floor.
