The zoning map amendments consist of (1) reclassifying the height and bulk districts for the project site shown on Map 7H of the Zoning Maps from 40-X and 80-B to 40-X, 50-X and 85-X and (2) reclassifying the use district on Map 7 from P (Public) to RM-3 (Mixed, Medium Density) and NC-3 (Moderate Scale Neighborhood Commercial) and (3) adding the Laguna, Haight, Buchanan and Hermann Streets Special Use District to Map 7SU. |
