HAYES VALLEY—Both SFoodie and SFist note that a ramen truck is apparently set to roll out this weekend. It's called Shirohige Ramen-Ya and according to its Twitter feed, will be on Laguna and Hayes from 11AM to 9PM both days. [Twitter]

On Saturday and Sunday be sure to grab a bowl of ramen while window shopping in Hayes Valley. Shirohige Ramen-Ya, a ramen truck, will be at the corner of Laguna and Hayes (across the street from Suppenküche) selling bowls of warm savory joy to passersby.
