Notes Conversation held with owner regarding complaint. There was in fact a situation where a band-aid was found in a customers food. One of the chef's had a cut that was covered with a band-aid and finger glove. During the prep process the glove/band-aid fell off and unfortunately ended up in customer's meal. We discussed, in the future, the need to wear a hand glove or have the chef perform another non-food handling task until the wound has healed. Operator is very aware of the seriousness and disease transmission potential. I trust that precautions will be taken to prevent another occurance of this sort.
