Notes Inconclusive findings. Large facilities with many refrigeration units. Foods were being maintained properly withing refrigeration units-i.e. in proper containers that were dated and except for one container of a beef product that was in a refrigerated unit behind the front counter were being held at 41 F or lower. The beef item was 48 F. and immediately moved into the walk-in-box. Other items along this unite such as chicken was being held at 38-40F. Noted that individuals did not eat a beef product on FBI report. All salad products were stored properly in plastic containers and being held in the walk-in-box. No one had reported being ill on day that person's ate at this establishment. Toilet rooms and hand washing stations were being maintained properly. Certified persons certificate is current. This establishment is being maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. All food preparation personnel were in clean uniforms.
