Notes Chicken fajitas are not made at this establishment nor noted on the menu of food facilities on 2nd floor. Chicken parts that were stored within the refrigeration units, i.e. walk-in-box were checked. Chicken parts were being held at 40Fl. The walk-in-box was found in a sanitary condition and food products such as the chicken parts were sotred in covered containers that are dated. Noted that a temperature log is kept and that for the 22nd of January, it was monitored twice-36F and 40F for the walk-in-box. See inspection report as an inspection was made of the facilities in which no major violations were noted.
