Notes See Inspection Report. Inconclusive-common source of food appeared to be shrimp and chicken. Food items stored in refrigerated units were at proper tempertures-41-39F. Items stored in freezer units were in a frozen condition. Possible source of problem could have been the ready to cook items that were stored in small-approx. 6"x2", stainless steel bowls without refrigeration-opposite cooking equipment on upper shelf of stainless steel shelfing-50-52F. Manager/owner and I discussed putting these bowls on ice since there is littles space for a slotted refrigeration unit with a lid. The day of the alleged incidents was a warm day. Manager/owner was concerned and felt bad that this might have happened. No food samples were kept nor required to be kept that were served on the day of the incidents. There is no information that indicates that stool samples or other samples were taken from persons allegeding that they became ill from consuming food served at this restaurant.
