SAN FRANCISCO / Man shot dead in Mission is identified
Cipriano-Lopez was shot once in the chest at 10:30 p.m. Sunday near 22nd and Valencia streets and was pronounced dead at the scene. The killer drove east on 22nd in what witnesses said was a dark-colored, four-door vehicle, authorities said.
