    House was originally located in the Presidio and was moved to that location in the teens or twenties, maybe. The house itself is probably from around the turn of the century. That’s what I was told at the estate sale about 2 years ago. I forget what else they said… The place was a disaster inside, but pretty cool. I think it sold for around $1.2 shortly after the estate sale.
