    Jonathan Cruz-Ramirez and Guillermo Herrera were charged with the fatal shooting of Armando Estrada, 30, of Rodeo, at 20th and Mission streets in July 2008. Cruz-Ramirez is also charged with murdering Juan Rodriguez in May 2008 on the 800 block of Huron Street.
