Slide, the publisher of applications for social networking sites, has leased the top three floors of 301 Brannan St., a 69,000-sf class B office building in Downtown San Francisco that is owned by the US arm of Amsterdam-based Breevast BV. The 36,000-sf lease commences later this year. Slide will be relocating from 8,500 sf at 612 Howard St.
