Fillmore and McAllister S.F. private eye accused of witness tampering
Pitney, a member of the Eddy Rock gang in the Western Addition, was convicted Oct. 29 of shooting Greer in the head at Fillmore and McAllister streets April 12.

McAllister and Fillmore SF Private Eye Charged With Witness Intimidation
Greer was shot four times at about 9 a.m. on April 12 while standing at a bus stop on the corner of McAllister and Fillmore streets in San Francisco's Western Addition neighborhood. Pitney, a known gang member, was arrested a few days later.
