    That 2003 draft apparently created an outline encompassing South of Market, Mission District, and Show Place Square/Potrero, with a large portion of the City’s future land for PDR use located in the Bayview Hunter’s Point area. For the Mission District alone the amount of acres considered in the draft are less than 400.
